As a follow up to her Billboard charting singles, “Time To Go” and “Think Again”, Kwanza Jones and Innovation Entertainment will be releasing the remixes for “SUPERCHARGED”. "SUPERCHARGED" is the title track from her forthcoming LP, due out Feb 26, 2013. The "SUPERCHARGED" single is available via Beatport now.
“SUPERCHARGED”, an audacious musical declaration from Kwanza Jones, opens with the line, “I’m a gladiator in a thong”, setting the theme for the remainder of this dynamically energized, chant-inciting track. Her powerhouse vocals are matched by a pulsating, high-energy, electro-pop vibe produced by Grammy-nominated producer/engineer Luke Tozour (Katy Perry, P!NK, Adam Lambert, Selena Gomez). In addition to producing and mixing the song, Luke Tozour also received songwriting credit. "SUPERCHARGED" features programming by Kent Rockafeller and A-ux and was mastered by Robert Hadley of The Mastering Lab in Ojai, CA.
Luke Tozour, known for his work on Katy Perry’s “Teenage Dream”, had this to say about the rising artist and her latest track, "Supercharged defines Kwanza and Kwanza defines Supercharged.
