Relax with a Glass of Estancia Pinot Noir

Wine, wonderful wine. Who doesn’t love a nice bottle of red?

One of our favorites comes in the form of an Estancia 2011 Pinot Noir. This bottle from Monterey County has a beautiful aroma of raspberries, cherries and warm spices.

A pour reveals a delicious flavor of berries and spices from a wine 100 percent aged in small oak barrels for 10 months.

To add some extra flavor, consider turning the wine into a warm sangria filled with apple cider, honey, cinnamon sticks, orange, lemon, cloves, bay leaves, vanilla and nutmeg.
