Moving throughout the world, our Nation, and our community, God is everywhere. Before you click away from this article, just read it out. This isn’t an article where I tell you about Jesus Christ and try to force you into the world of Christianity – it’s about Living and Loving.

Through reclaiming and transforming cities across the Nation, many people believe God has a specific plain for Traverse City – more so than any other place on this earth – there’s a strong sense here and no one is really sure what to tell you.

Transformation Traverse City is a 501c(3) Christian organization committed to transforming individual hearts through prayer and the study of God’s word – no matter what line of religion you fall to. The organization aims to transform the city through corporate prayer (you know those people who approach you on the street and you think to yourself, “crazy” but they’re just really, really happy? Yup.), fellowship and education.
Saturday, May 3rd, Transformation TC is offering a ‘Relational Living & Loving’ workshop at Church of the Living God, 1514 Birmley Road in Traverse City. The workshop is free and open to all people and all religions – just as long as you believe in God.

Got relationship problems? Come one, come all, and learn how to experience the fullness of relational living, enjoying the freedom in relationships as God intended.

Session 1: ‘Breaking free from controlling fear’ – Learn to identify your relationship fears and unhealthy patterns of behaviors and replace them with new ways of thinking and responding.

Session 2: ‘Speaking the languages of love’ – This is a short, fun session that will look at the different ways people receive and give love. You will learn your own unique ‘love language’ and will develop some techniques to enable your relationships to really flourish.

Session 3: ‘Knowing me, knowing you’ – This session will explore seven distinct ‘motivations’ found within different types of people. You will be enabled to understand not only your own motivations, but those of people around you.

Session 4: ‘Healthy Authority – Unlocked’ – In this session, focusing on you as a leader, you will discover the key behaviors associated with creating healthy environments as well as the behaviors that create toxic ones. If you want your family, team or business to be a place where people thrive, feel empowered and become their best selves, then this session will give you the tools to do just that.

And remember, all people are different; therefor they have different beliefs and different perspectives. If you don’t feel comfortable with something, or you feel a force of nature against you, speak up!

Times for this event are:
9:30 – 12:30 pm
2:00 – 5:00 pm
7:00 – 9:00 pm

Enjoy yourself and want more? There will be a special discussion and fellowship led by Marjory Morrow, Sunday, May 4th from 6-8:30 pm at the Corner Building Faith Reformed Church.

Marjory Morrow is the founder of Mouldbreaker, an organization based in Scotland and aimed at empowering people to unlock their own natural abilities and potential – their own ‘personal brilliance.’
