Reitz defeats Harrison, 61-51, for their fourth ONB Classic championship

PARADISE, Ind. -- Reitz took their fourth Old National Bank/SIAC Classic tournament title Saturday night when the Panthers defeated Southwestern Indiana's No. 1 team, Harrison, 61-51, at Castle High School.

Evan Brinkmeyer led the Panthers with 17 points, while Clinton Happe also came up big with 16. Javier Hawkins led the Warriors with 14 points.

While the Warriors have advanced to the finals in six of the 12 ONB Classics, Harrison has yet to win the trophy. It was the Panthers' fourth title and the third time Reitz defeated the Warriors in the ONB Classic finals.

The teams will meet again on Feb. 11 when the Panthers (9-2, 2-1) travel to Harrison (7-3, 2-0).
