REINS Union County is hosting a Weed Control in Equine Pastures course on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 from 7:15 - 8:30 PM. New this year, particpants have the option of attending this education seminar from the comforts of their home or office.

Register to logon to the seminar remotely, or join the class at the Union County Agricultural Center. Those attending in person have the added benefit of being about to speak with Union County Agricultural Director, Richard Melton, as well. Cost of the session is only $10.

Sam Gore, Chatham County Extension Director, will be providing a 40 minute web-broadcast seminar on weed control in equine pastures followed by a 30 minute question-and-answer session.
