As if back-to-back map packs weren't enough to keep “Call of Duty: Ghosts” gamers busy, Activision and Infinity Ward have released a brand new game mode for players to enjoy. On Tuesday announced a new round of updates and hot fixes for “Call of Duty: Ghosts,” and one of those updates included a new game mode called “Reinforce.”

According to a community post on “Reinforce” is a new round-based game mode for private matches only. It can be played with other players or game bots, and the players get to select which of the multiplayer maps they wish to play on. There are three ways to win “Reinforce”; eliminate every player on the other team, control two objective points until time runs out, or capture all three flags.

“Reinforce” isn't the only update/hot fix that was announced on Tuesday, there were also some updates made in other areas. The other patches include hot fixes to the spawns in the free-for-all, killed confirmed, team death match, cranked, and blitz game molds.

In addition, the “Bizon.” “Vepr,” “CBJMS,” “IED,” and the “Thermobaric Grenades” weapons have all been balanced. The “Bizon's” head shot multiplier was reduced, the minimum and maximum damage was reduced, and the gun's kick was increased. The “Vepr's” sight time was also increased to match that of other SMGs in the game. Both the “CBJMS” and “IED” received damage reductions, and the “Thermobaric Grenades” now inflict half health damage in hardcore mode.

All of these updates and hot fixes are included in latest software update available now on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. Once you've tried out the “Reinforce,” Activision and Infinity Ward are asking for your feedback on

“Call of Duty: Ghosts”is the 10th title released in the “Call of Duty” series. The 11th title,“Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare,” is set to launch on November 4, 2014. You can pre-order your copy of “Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare” now on
