The last day to register for the Broad Street Run lottery is tomorrow, February 15th, by 11:59pm. You can click here to register. The cost is $40. Runners can sign up as an individual or a group for the lottery and will find out their fate on Tuesday, February 19th.
The Broad Street Run is the premier 10-mile race held on the first weekend in May annually.
Growing larger each year, this year is the first year that a lottery system was put in place. Many runners decided not to sign up for the lottery and selected another race during the same weekend, while others plan to continue to participate in the race. There are 40,000 spots for the 2013 race.
