Penny Howell is a member of the East Tennessee Historical Society, Knox Heritage, and National Trust for Historic Preservation. In the process of tracing her family tree, she has taken a particular interest in Knoxville history, which she has found to be rich and fascinating.

    It's really an interesting pairing, isn't it, particularly keeping in mind the reputation for high-quality food available at Regas? I'm glad that casual is part of the Regas culture, though... I fit in better that way!
