The business of whether or not Robert Pattinson will actually represent Dior in any official fragrance advertisement capacity is and has long been confusing.
First, there were reports in October, 2012 that he'd signed on with the brand, but then those got shut down. Then, in December the matter came up again, pointing to this February or March as a proposed time for release of such ads. With March nearing its end and no Pattinson/Dior ad in sight, that too fell through.
So, this new report might potentially find its way that that ambiguous pile as well.
As the U.K.'s Telegraph explains, the latest rumor says Pattinson's already shot his ads for Dior, that he pocketed 8 million pounds for a three year deal and that the photos are rather racy (speaking of, does anyone else remember his Details Magazine feature from 3 years ago?).
According to their sources, fans can expect to see the "steamy," line-stepping ads in May of this year.
This has been a dubious subject for sure, but maybe just maybe it'll actually happen this time around. We'll find out in a few weeks.
