Anonymously one individual wrote, “Love makes the world go round.” This quote is true, for love is a part of our lives. Each of us feels love in diverse ways. Love is a part of our dreams, for we cannot bring them to fruition unless we work hard and have a good attitude. If we do not pursue our aspirations, then they vanish. There are days when things simply fall apart and love keeps us going. Sometimes love means letting go of things that no longer interest us. Like a rainbow at the end of the storm, we are able to reinvent ourselves and find other dreams that we would like to turn into reality.
Love can hurt our emotions; the truth can lead to pain. Someone may tell us what we do not want to hear. As humans, we have a tremendous capacity to bounce back after heartache and become stronger than ever before. Now we will follow our dreams until they come true.
One can never force an individual to love a person or a thing. Love is free like an eagle gliding over a mountain. Love, a strong human emotion, is unpredictable. If we search for love, we may not find it. But it may come into our lives when we least expected.
On February fourteenth, we celebrate Valentine’s Day, which is a time to express our love and caring for all the special people in our lives. Can you imagine a world without love? If we did not feel love, we would act like robots living our lives without any emotion. To feel love is one of the greatest reasons to live.
