What do you get when you combine glamour, music, and patriotism? You get “Red, White and View,” an upcoming Inaugural Nashville Grammy viewing Gala and After Party, that is a one-of-a-kind red carpet VIP event.
This star-studded party that will be held on Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013 at the beautiful Nashville City Club has been catching a great deal of attention in Music City and beyond, as The Red Lipstick Entertainment Group Executive Planning Committee has been giving party goers exciting updates.
The ultimate purpose of this inaugural event is to benefit two special charities: St. Luke’s Community House and Operation Restored Warrior.
The Committee has shared that this experience will undoubtedly be one of great music, excellent dining, socializing, dancing, donations to two worthy causes, and the chance to watch the Grammys in the best fashion possible. Attendees will also be certain to enjoy an incredible view of the city.
As aforementioned, this special evening which will be unlike any party that you have ever attended in Nashville will feature A-Class music.
The committee has recently announced the featured “Red, White and View” house band.
The members are:
Ricky Ray on lead guitar (former Bassist for Willie Nelson)
Craig Carter on Bass (Bassist for Styx front man Dennis DeYoung)
John Blasucci on Keyboards (Keyboardsist for Styx front man Dennis DeYoung)
Charlie Morgan on Drums (former Drummer for Elton John, Paul McCartney, Cher, Tina Turner & Moody Blues)
Of course when you have a top-notch house band, you also need top-notch vocalists to perform alongside them, right? Right. The committee will soon be releasing a lineup of the celebrity vocalists. Just a hint to everyone: They are all big-timers, and some of them typically do not perform around Nashville. Acoustic performances that will take place throughout the evening will soon be shared as well.
