Filled with frozen fruit, this fresh blend is a snap to put together and keep cold. And what a thirst-quenching, elegant beverage for Fall parties! Serve over ice if desired.
What You Need:
(Makes: 9 servings)
1 bottle (750 milliliters) of red Zinfandel or other dry red wine
2 cups of diet lemon-lime soda
1/2 cup of orange juice
4 & 1/2 teaspoons of sugar
1 cup of frozen unsweetened blueberries,
1 cup of frozen unsweetened raspberries
1 cup of frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
Ice cubes, optional
What to Do:
STEP 1) In a pitcher, stir the wine, soda, orange juice and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add the frozen fruit. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours. Serve over ice if desired.
