When the Red Hot Chili Peppers first released their tour dates for their latest tour, Michigan had been left off the list of stops but with the announcement of more tour dates, the Chili's will be making two stops in Michigan after all.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers will be playing in Detroit as well as Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Chili's will be playing Joe Louis Arena in Detroit and the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
M Live reported that Peggy Idema, who lives in Lowell, Michigan, could not be happier about the band making two stops in Michigan. Idema, is the mother of lead singer, Anthony Kiedis. Idema will not only be able to see her son, but her grandson as well.
Tickets for both shows will be going on sale on January 27th at Ticketmaster.com.
