Red Faction: Guerrilla PC Release Date, Specs Revealed

THQ has announced the release date and specifications for the PC version of their shooter Red Faction: Guerrilla.

The game will release stateside September 15th with other territories getting the game slightly earlier on the 11th.

The publisher has passed along the minimum and reccommended specs for the game as well:

Recommended:

    * OS: Windows Vista® for DirectX® 10
    * CPU: 3.2 GHz Dual-Core Processor (Intel Core 2 Duo or AMD Athlon X2)
    * Memory: 2 GB RAM / 15 GB of Hard Drive space
    * Video Card: 256 MB 3D Video Card w/Shader Model 3.0 Support (Nvidia GeForce 8800/ATI Radeon HD3850)
    * Note: If you're going to play Multiplayer on Games For Windows Live, we highly encourage each individual to be running a "Recommended" spec computer or higher.

Minimum:

    * OS: Windows XP / Vista
    * CPU: 2.0 GHz Dual-Core Processor (Intel Core 2 Duo or AMD Athlon X2)
    * Memory: 1 GB RAM / 15 GB of Hard Drive space

    wow it will run very vast on my system i have a high end pc super powerful it runs crysis like there is no tomorrow on ultra high and with no hitch my system is awesome hell yeah

    What the ****? Why so much discrepency between the console and the PC release? I thought it was coming "soon", not two months more. However, if they make a great port and add extra features or content I'll be happy, otherwise screw them.
