Freckles, a young, Australian cattle dog mix, is friendly, energetic, intelligent and playful. Despite all of her wonderful traits, those which make her a joy to be around, she is on death row.
Currently, Freckles, ID#A1342886, is kenneled at the West Los Angeles, Calif., animal care and control...the same facility where she has been kenneled since mid-Sept.
It is hard to keep a young, exuberant pup kenneled for such a great length of time.
Freckles thrives with companionship and play - two things which do not happen at a shelter facility.
Sadly, Freckles is now on the "red alert" list, which means that her days, perhaps even her hours, are numbered.
Volunteers describe Freckles as receptive to learning, intelligent and a joy to be around. She is playful, gets along well with the other dogs at the shelter and would be a fun dog to enjoy agility or running with.
Unfortunately, if Freckles is not adopted or rescued soon, nobody will ever have the pleasure of enjoying her wonderful companionship.
Please take a moment to share Freckles' information to help her have a chance at a future. She is a dog who is full of life - a dog who deserves a chance to enjoy one.
Networking saves lives.
