Recovery isn't just about 12 step programs, self help meetings and self deprivation.  Recovery can be fun!

If you are in recovery and you are low on cash, no problem.  "Winter Dance 2012" located at the Washtenaw Alano Club at 995 North Maple in Ann Arbor is the party for you.  This celebration boasts free admission, free pizza, free snacks and hot chocolate, and a 50/50 raffle.  Music will be provided by "D.J. After the snow melts, get ready for the 3rd Annual Ride for Recovery.  This bike riding fundraiser includes the Metric Century "Serenity" ride at 8 am, the 45 mile "Honesty" ride at 8 am, the 25 mile "Openness" ride at 9 am, and the 5K/10K "Willingness" ride from 10 am-noon.  There will be a $25 registration fee until April 15th, and a $30 fee after April 15th.  Scholarships are available for Former Farmers.   For more information please call (734) 485-8725 or e-mail RideForRecovery@dawnfarm.org.  Please note that helmets are mandatory for all riders.
