It was hot across South Florida today with highs in the upper 80s and even record breaking in Ft. Lauderdale with a high of 89. The temp topped out at 88 in Miami. The humidity was also making it feel even warmer with dew points in the mid to upper 70s, which is in the range of summer-time levels. Relief is on the way for the second half of the weekend.
