While watching the games during March Madness, Apple Crumb Bars can be used as finger foods which will satisfy those with a sweet tooth. Any that are left over can be used as breakfast bars, just in case the games run so late at night no one feels up to fixing breakfast the next morniing.

Ingredients:
2 apples 1 box butter cake mix 1 stick (8 Tablespoons) butter (melted) 2 cups quick-cooking oats 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Directions:
Heat oven to 350*F. Peel apples, if desired; finely grate. Using electric mixer on low speed, beat cake mix, melted butter, quick-cooking oats and lemon zest for 30 seconds or until moist crumbs form. Press 2/3 crumb mixture into bottom of greased 9" x 13" baking pan. Sprinkle evenly with grated apples. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until done. Lightly dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
