Add the low-fat yogurt and I can almost convince myself that these sweets are good for me. Maybe so. At least, they are great for a feel-good treat.

Of course, you can always stop by The Olive Leaf and taste the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. There are dozens of choices and folks are often surprised at the differences in taste.
“In addition to the excellent health benefits, we love our oils and balsamics because of the flavor they add to any menu,” Troy says.
Since the first stand-alone olive oil and balsamic vinegar store in the United States opened in 2006, shoppers have become increasingly more conscious of the delicious aspects of the products and have made the shops quite popular.
“I think the public is becoming more and more educated about the health benefits that both olive oil and balsamic vinegar provide,” Marla says. “And they are delicious options.
Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar Fudge Cookies
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
3 tablespoons The Olive Leaf's Butter Infused Olive Oil
7 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons The Olive Leaf's Dark Chocolate Balsamic
1/4 cup Greek low-fat yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk together flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. In large bowl, mix oil, cocoa powder and sugars until well blended. Stir in yogurt, balsamic vinegar and vanilla extract. Add flour mixture and mix until just combined. Drop tablespoonfuls of batter onto parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until set. Allow to cool on wire rack and serve.
