Get out for a night!
All parents know that when their children are babies it’s harder to leave them with a sitter or just to leave the house. Taking a break and doing something for you is vital for every parent.
Even the small things like, taking a nice hot bath for some quiet time with some bath salts or reading a good book. Even if it’s 15 minutes a day, it will be your fifteen minutes. It’s very important to have down time with your significant other whether you’re married or in a relationship.
Going out to dinner or a movie is always nice. Getting together with friends and reconnecting with people is important for your relationship and for your child. The time away gives you the time to have adult conversation and RELAX!
