Receptionist accidentally sends email about her sex life to entire office (Photos)

Ever been horribly embarrassed after realizing you sent a text or email to the wrong person?

Spare a thought for poor Melanie Anderson, who accidentally forwarded an email containing graphic details about her love life to the entire office.

Melanie, a receptionist at an oil services firm in Waterloo Quay in the UK, had been exchanging private emails with fiance Eric Knisz, who works for the same company.

She later sent a brief message to all her workmates at Integrated Subsea Services Ltd. to inform them that the sandwich van had arrived.

Unfortunately for the red-faced receptionist, she wrote the message at the top of her private mail and forwarded on the entire chain by mistake.

Within hours, the email, which included cringe-making comments such as, "I loved our s***** last night, it was ace," had gone viral, leaving the receptionist and her fiance mortified.

Bruce Webster, HR director of ISS told news sources: 'Personal emails are not encouraged at work and we have taken the appropriate action with the members of staff concerned.

'They are absolutely mortified by the content of the email trail which was meant to be private and apologise for any offence caused by it going outwith our organisation.'

Melanie and Eric, who are due to get married later this year, have not publicly commented on the incident, presumably out of embarrassment.
