Recap video: George Petrocheilos & John Hopkins Hellenic evening fundraiser

Have you seen the the official video of George Petrocheilos & JHU Hellenic Association reception. It was just released this week in February, 2013. Just in case you missed the event took place on Sunday, September 30, 2012 whereas, George Petrocheilos, the President of the Johns Hopkins Hellenic Association hosted a reception at the grand estate of former Westinghouse Corp. executive and former MD Secretary of Business & Economic Development, Aris Melissaratos. The event was a great fundraiser or 'friendraiser'.

Check a brief listing of notable guests in attendance: Senator Paul Sarbanes, Lt. Governor Anthony Brown, Congressman Chris Van Hollen, Congressman Elijah Cummings, Congressman John P. Sarbanes, Congressman Andy Harris, former Congresswoman Helen Delich Bentley, County Executive Kenneth Ulman, as well as many prominent business and community leaders attended this exclusive party, which also raised funds for the Johns Hopkins Hellenic Association. Catering was provided by Carlton & Co., desserts were donated by YiaYia's Bakery and the Korologos family, and Ari's Lagger was donated by Ouzo Bay.

Did you know? The Hellenic Students Association (HSA) is an organization devoted to contributing to the cultural and social life at the Johns Hopkins University (JHU). Their known for promoting Hellenic (Greek) culture on & off campus and encouraging students of Hellenic background, international students, or anyone interested in Greek culture to join them at their meetings.
