Tuesday March 5, 2013 the "CW" aired the "Hart of Dixie" episode titled "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" and fans have to agree the name of the episode aptly fits the drama that unfolded in hilarous fashion. Not that break ups are funny, but this break up was the talk of the town and it seemed in every house ovens were turned on and pies were baked for the grieving Zoe Hart, while Wade seemed to be on everyone's hit list, including Lavon's. If there was any guess who would be suffering worse from this break up the proof is in the pie... um pudding.
While Zoe reached the stage of anger very quickly, Wade seemed to wallow in his own self-pity using those puppy dog eyes he is famous for (well that and his choice to walk around without a shirt anytime the mood suits him). Somehow during the 45 minutes of the episode Lavon and Wade went from needing space to building a small weak bridge across the troubled waters - the town pastor helped with this by pairing the two guys up to run the biggest church fundrasier of the year. Zoe managed to see cheaters everywhere, including in her young best friend's budding relationship with Max (good news Max was not cheating, bad news Zoe already put the idea in her friend's mind). Fans also got to see a little time spent between George and Lemon together, under less than honorable circumstances - in Lemon's attempt to prove Shelby was a gold digger after she discovers that Brick and Shelby are moving in together.
There may be a little light at the end of the tunnel for Zoe. She may have burned some of Wade's possessions he left at her place but managed to salvage a few items and turned them back to Wade - a conversation that ended with "I may dislike you, but I don't hate you." It may be helpful that there is a new eligible bachelor in town by the name of Jonah who has offered to help her get over her break up blues.
