On Sunday the 9th of March in 2014, Four Seasons hotel in Harbor East hosted an exclusive Brides and Grooms VIP Luncheon for the first 2014 FS Weds in Baltimore, Maryland. It was the biggest wedding showcase of this Winter. Who knew one establishment could hold so much hospitality in one building. This Four Seasons Brides and Grooms VIP Luncheon was a one stop shop for everything needed to plan a fairytale wedding to include an all-inclusive three-course luncheon featuring wedding experts along with a up-scale fashion show highlighting top bridal and wedding party attire for 2014 as well as a fabulous swag bag full of wedding preparation goodies.

The celebration took place from 11:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. serving a three course meal which included:

First course ~ Trio of Tomatoes

  • Chilled tomato consomme with fried basil
  • Tomato & burrata salad with aged balsamico
  • Wood fire roasted tomato bruschetta with olive tapenade

Entrée ~ Pan Roasted Halibut

  • Carrot quinoa
  • Cara Cara oranges
  • Frisee
  • Blood orange sauce

Sweet Finish ~ Mango Meringue Cake & Assorted Macarons

  • Mango Mousse
  • Pineapple Rum Parfait

The fresh seafood was flowing from every corner of the building; the signature cocktail for the evening was pink sparkling champagne which was memorable. The coolest part of it all was the festive fashion show and hip musical environment. You should know tickets cost $85 per person for the 2014 FS Weds Exclusive VIP Luncheon presented by Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore.

During the celebration attendees were pampered and prepped for the awes and wows from the glamorous gowns and tuxes runway style fashion show. Oh, did I mention the wedding panel full of experts featured Marcy Blum from Marcy Blum Associates, Julie Sabatino from The Stylish Bride, Kim Forrest from WeddingWire and Sade Awe, Founder of The Bridal Circle.
