Realty company sued after two former agents have sex in Dick Weiner's home

The Daily Gawker has reported an unusual lawsuit filed this month against Coldwell Banker. With a security camera, Richard and Sandra Weiner discovered two people trespassing inside their vacant property. After the Weiner’s called the police, officers entered the property to find Coldwell Banker realtors Robert Lindsay and Jeannemarie Phelan in a compromising position.

Police found Lindsay with his pants down. He told police officers that he was preparing the property for an open house. Authorities realized that Lindsay and Phelan had met at the house for a sexual romp.

The Wieners have filed a lawsuit against Coldwell Banker; they allege that Lindsay advised the Weiners to sell their home for $650,000.

The couple now believes that Lindsay intentionally kept the house overpriced intentionally. Allegedly, Lindsay overpriced the house so he would have a place to meet Phelan for sex. In a two-year period, a hidden camera caught the couple having sex at least ten times.

The article reports that Coldwell Banker has since fired the two realtors. The Wieners had unsuccessfully placed their home on the market in 2010.
