On Friday January 25, 2013 Form Simplicity the association’s form management platform made all Florida Realtor forms available in HTML format. What does this mean? Well this new equipment will now allow for all forms to be created, accessed, and edited on any mobile device!
This will benefit all Tampa Realtors and enable them to utilize on the go access to important documents. All forms were transformed from their current PDF format to a web friendly HTML format. When viewing a form the Realtor can choose how they would like to view the form; if on the computer a PDF file would be best and if on a mobile device the HTML version should be used. One benefit of the new technology is that Realtors can go back and forth between the two versions and all modifications made will save and transfer to the other. The forms themselves no matter which format, have not changed legally although the HMTL version does have a different appearance for editing purposes. The mobile application, Form Simplicity, does not require a download because it works like a standard website through an internet browser such as Safari or Firefox. This will truly assist Tampa Realtors in their ability to complete transactions for clients!
