"The Bachelor" 2013 will start airing next week. On Jan. 3 news came out that Reality Steve is dealing with another lawsuit from ABC for spoiling this season of the show. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Steve is in trouble once again for spoilers.
NZK Productions and Horizon Alternative Television, a division of Warner Bros., is filing a lawsuit against Steve again. The first one was in Dec. of 2011. Steve agreed to not offer money to contestants, but he has always said that he will continue to spoil the show. He never signed anything saying that he wouldn't do that.
The new lawsuit says that Steve is continuing: "to seek confidential information from participants, cast, crew and other employees of The Bachelor Series and, in the course of doing so, continue to solicit and induce participants and employees of The Bachelor Series to breach their contractual obligations to Plaintiffs."
Reality Steve went on to say that the lawsuit is bogus and that he has been following their rules. He did release spoilers that say that he already knows the winner, but he doesn't think that is against the rules and papers he signed with them.
