Reality tv star Holly Madison, who recently insured her surgically enhanced breasts for $1 million, vows to lose weight and tone up by Jan. 1, 2012.
"I'm determined to get back into centerfold shape by the new year," Madison, 31, told Star. "I have a hard time finding time to work out or choose healthy meals because of my schedule."
Pressured to Slim Down For Vegas Strip Show
Holly, who juggles her reality tv show Holly's World with performing at Las Vegas striptease revue Peepshow, made headlines last year after slamming Peepshow producers for pressuring her to lose weight.
"I always thought I looked fine. It was a shock to me when they told me to lose weight," Madison said in January 2011.
"I don't think I need to lose weight! I market myself as a sex symbol, I don't market myself as a fitness model or a professional dancer, so I feel like the way I look is fine."
Still, the former Playboy model later confessed she had put on a few pounds and made an effort to slim down by eating less and exercising.
Pilates & Treadmill Workouts
Madison, who has never been a fan of working out, now does Pilates and cardio workouts on the treadmill.
Holly, who has admitted getting a nose job and breast implants, dated Playboy magazine founder Hugh Hefner, 85, from 2001 to 2008.
While she once vowed to marry and have children with Hef before she turned 30, Holly admits that being one of Hef's harem at the Playboy Mansion made her extremely insecure.
"Living with Hef brought down my self-esteem a lot. I was comparing myself to the other girls. You have to look a certain way at the mansion.
Plastic surgery made it easier for me to get things I wanted in my career. Without it, I wouldn't be where I am today. It made me more confident. And a lot of doors open when you look a certain way."
Holly split from Hef after he refused to marry her. He has since gotten engaged to, and split, from Playboy centerfold Crystal Harris, 25.
Since leaving the Playboy Mansion in 2009, Holly has dated illusionist Cris Angel, Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden and All Time Low guitarist Jack Barakat.
