Realbiz Media launches new agent-focused mobile app EzFlix

Florida-based digital media company RealBiz Media Group, Inc. (OTCQB: RBIZ) has launched new agent mobile app “EzFlix”—a new application that allow agents to create video listings or virtual tours from their existing property photos on multiple listings sites, the company said in a press statement.

The statement revealed that the new app can be customized to include personal messages, neighborhood updates and events, agent-focused videos, and used for “the creation of photo to videos through Realbiz Media’s patented technology.”

EzFlix has a user-friendly interface, easy navigation and a timeline where agents can post photos of their listings from their phone. The app can also be used to snap a photo of a property and upload it in real time to YouTube, Facebook and other social media sites. The app can be used to create and save a video for later rendering or upload.

“Our recently unveiled EzFlix mobile app allows agent functionality that cannot be achieved by others and we believe the recent megamerger trend in our industry has continued to validate the need for agents to adopt our business model,” stated Realbiz chief operating officer Steve Marques.

The statement also delved into RealBiz Media’s goal of creating a suite of products targeted at agents and brokers for brand building and marketing. It said the introduction of EzFlix App and its new deals shopping program Home & Away Club Rewards program this August will mark the completion and integration of its video marketing tools that agents can use to boost their industry presence and widen their listings’ reach.

The company aims to launch all its products after consolidating them through ReachFactor Agent platform this month, the statement added. Once completed, realtors can choose from a wide selection of professional video marketing tools and applications like Nestbuilder.com and the Microvideo app platform where they take charge of tailoring their own content and marketing campaigns to specific goals or from “done for you” marketing services offered by the company. Costs average at $60 to $1,000 monthly depending on the chosen service.

“As the real estate market continues to recover, there has been a surge in industry mergers as players try to dominate consumer facing websites. Realbiz platforms have been designed to aid agents with tools that provide video, local content, social media, SEO/VSEO in an eloquent end to end solution that encompasses the agents place in home purchases,” Marques said.

Realbiz Media’s suite of agent marketing tools also allows agents to capture real estate leads without having to buy them from other parties.

Realbiz Media launched the app at the Inman Real Estate Connect Conference held between July 16 and 18. The conference was attended by over 2,000 industry leaders, more than 100 speakers, and the most innovative real estate technology providers today.
