RealBiz Media Group (OTC: RBIZ) noted positive results from acquiring real estate marketing technology ReachFactor and integrating its products with the latter’s offerings, the company stated in a news release.
Inspired by the success and popularity of its video creation and marketing platform Nestbuilder Agent early this year, RealBiz decided to integrate its video marketing software into ReachFactor’s platform to create a dedicated online marketing and resource program that can assist real estate agents widen their reach.
Called Regional Advantage, the new program consists of a wide array of online marketing services from monthly social media campaigns to fully managed digital marketing campaigns, including website creation, lead generation, email marketing and search engine optimization.
The services under the program are affordable and costs anywhere between $250 and $3,000 a month. These amounts are just a fraction of real estate agents’ average annual marketing expenses estimated at $36,000, based on ReachFactor survey data.
RealBiz said they also designate an entire marketing team to cater to individual agents to ensure their success.
So far, Regional Advantage has been sending new businesses in the way of partner agents. Clients using Regional Advantage reported seeing a boost in property sales and listings.
According to the company, one Wichita agent, Leesa Hughes, has managed to sell four properties and add six new ones to her listing within two months of joining the program. The fortuitous program membership marked her best year in her two decade-old career, and has helped her start her very own team of real estate agents.
“The most active agents in real estate, the top 5%, are attracted to this kind of service because they experience first-hand how hard it is to be a smart online marketer,” said RealBiz chief operating officer Suresh Srinivasan.
“Our opportunity is to become their strategic partner and help them quickly win new listings and sell active ones through clever use of our technology and marketing skills,” she added. As of press time, Regional Advantage is being rolled out in select markets across the United States.
RealBiz’s acquisition of ReachFactor allows it to penetrate the firm’s subscriber base of over 250,000 real estate agents, Inman News reported. Inman News added that the acquisition allows RealBiz to tap ReachFactor’s “highly engaged real estate agents” directly.
In line with the acquisition, ReachFactor’s management officers will take on senior positions at RealBiz. ReachFactor co-founder Arun Srinivasan will also join the ranks of RealBiz’s executive board.
