It sounds like many of the housewives often resort to lawsuits when there is something that they want to prove, as shown in Beverly Hills recently when Adrienne Maloof threatened a lawsuit against Brandi Glanville unless she did what Adrienne wanted her to. And according to a new TMZ report released on Jan. 20, “The Real Housewives of Miami” star Alexia Echevarria is now hoping to get upwards of $2 million for her son’s car crash that impacted him tremendously in regards to his health back in 2011. According to the report, Alexia is suing her insurance broker for $2 million, because she was flooded with medical bills, which has resulted in lots of debt for her.
She claims that the insurance company dropped the ball on her policy when her son was injured in a car accident earlier this year. “The Real Housewives of Miami” star Alexia Echevarria’s son was in a tragic car accident, which left him fighting for his life in ICU as he suffered from severe bodily injuries, including a brain injury. She is suing the insurance company because they didn’t cover everything, which has her fighting millions in debt. And it isn’t just a lawsuit that “The Real Housewives of Miami” star Alexia Echevarria has filed in hopes of covering her financially. According to the report, Alexia had changed her policy to cover such incidences, but she claims that the company had carelessly left out that change in her policy.
As of right now, the case is with a judge, but one could imagine it will be hard for “The Real Housewives of Miami” star Alexia Echevarria to prove that she changed her coverage. What do you think?
