It is no secret that many of the housewives use the reality television platform to launch various projects, including a singing career. However, before joining the show, Kandi Burruss had a huge career in the music industry and fans have seen her work in the studio. And now, according to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report released on Feb. 15, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kandi Burruss is revealing why she decided to try out some gospels songs for her upcoming album.
After announcing that she was going a gospel song, Peter Thomas thought she was crazy because she was sending mixed signals. She was going gospel while hosting a racy web show and running a sex-toy line. However, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kandi Burruss has no problem setting the record straight about what she wants to get out of the gospel experiment. “No mixed signals. The song clearly states that I'm a sinner. Relates 2 people who believe n God but they're not perfect christians," “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kandi Burruss revealed to her Twitter fans. “The song is my testimony of what I've been thru & how I deal with things. I think a lot of people will relate."
And while “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kandi Burruss may have money in the bank account and a massive home, she hasn’t had the easiest life. She lost her former fiancee in a shooting, which she addressed on the show. Are you surprised about Kandi’s gospel plans?
