The Real Housewives of Orange County season seven premiered last night on Bravo, and despite the fact that Peggy Tanous is no longer a regular cast member, the drama between she and Alexis Bellino is far from over.
Western New York fans of the Real Housewives of Orange County can tune in at 9:00p.m. to DirecTV channel 237 for the season seven premiere tonight.
In a recent interview with Celebuzz.com, Alexis was asked about the current status of her friendship with Peggy Tanous. Bellino stated:
“It’s so hard, because one day, I wake up and I’m thinking, “What happened? Where did our friendship go wrong? Why did we end up where we are?” And then the next day, I wake up and I’ve seen an episode of how terrible she was [to me], or I remember something that happened and how it was such a shady friendship the minute she got the show, [which] makes me [think] “Oh my gosh, I’m so glad she’s off [the show].” But right now, at this exact moment … I don’t put a lot of emphasis on thinking about her. If she was there and she was a part of the show, great. If she’s not, great. I wish her well. In the first two episodes, you’re gonna see her and I get into it, and it’s gonna probably be the last time you’ll see us interact together.”
In the Real Housewives of Orange County season seven premiere episode, Tamra Barney has an uncomfortable conversation with Peggy Tanous regarding the nature of her past relationship with Jim Bellino, at one point bluntly asking “Does he have a huge penis?”. Tanous appeared uncomfortable discussing the subject of Jim Bellino.
Taking to her Bravo TV blog, Alexis Bellino had this to say about the conversation:
“The Peggy/Tamra conversation was totally vulgar (but what's new?) The only thing Peggy's embarrassed about is the fact that Jim dumped her. Why doesn't she just stop talking about him? He sure doesn't talk about her. And that's all I have to say about that.”
Peggy Tanous fired back on her Facebook page today:
"I am happy to walk away from so called "fame and fortune" if I get to keep my amazing family and my integrity! I did have a great experience with Season 6 and wish my cast mates the best and a great Season 7! I'll post about next week, which will be my last appearance, after that episode."
Real Housewives of Orange County fans may have seen the last of the Peggy Tanous vs. Alexis Bellino feud, but there's always drama surrounding the first ladies of Bravo. It won't be long before Vicki Gunvalson is screaming at Gretchen Rossi or vice versa.
