There's a new announcement from one of the "Real Housewives of Orange County" stars, and on this occasion it involves actually talking publicly about plastic surgery.
Speaking to the Orange Country Register on the matter, Alexis Bellino explains why she made the decision to go under the knife to change up her nose:
"Most people don’t even know I had a nose job ... They notice something [new] about me. It's perked up my face."
Bellino actually had the procedure done in mid-October with Dr. Michael Niccole, the same person who in the past has given her breast augmentation as well as botox injections.
