It's been months now since fans last saw the ladies of the Real Housewives of New York and while they would have typically been filming the next season by now, there's been a hold up the ladies haven't even gotten their contracts signed yet. And this lack of news isn't sitting well. The six ladies are growing restless about the upcoming season and are dying to get back in front of the camera.
"None of the ladies have heard anything about when filming is going to start and they’re waiting to see what is going to happen," a show insider told Radar Online on February 21. "All of the women are getting antsy. They want to start working again, even if it is just to fight with each other! These women love being on TV and they want to be in front of the cameras again."
They must be going crazy having to wait for the news of the upcoming season -- especially after a huge ratings drop during season 5. Could Bravo be considering another cast reboot? At this point, everyone is in danger and no one knows a thing!
"They all want to know when filming is going to start," the insider adds. "They hope they’ll have answers soon!' And so do the fans. Hopefully, they'll soon be getting started with filming on the season. Then, everyone can rest easy knowing a great season is in production.
