What the two stars came up with was a realistic cardio and strength-training program for any type of exerciser. Even those folks who have small areas to work within as their homes are tiny.

The star was seen on Tuesday night in The Berkshires when she vacationed with the rest of the cast over a weekend. Looking toned and finding stamina for everything she does, the reality star relies on staying health and in shape for her lifestyle. The best part about her exercising routine is no equipment or weights are needed.

It used to be that reality stars (and movie stars too) would hire fancy trainers to whip them into shape.
