One thing that anyone who has read entertainment websites knows, it is that the comment section will always have people who want to do nothing more than insult someone. According to TMZ on Jan. 27, new "Real Housewives of Miami" star Lisa Hochstein took the insults against her in one comment section personally.
Hochstein joined the cast of the popular reality show in season two, married to plastic surgeon Lenny Hochstein. The "professional housewife" has appeared in three "Playboy" pictorials and also appeared in feature films and national television commercials.
However, one Internet commenter took that resume one step further and wrote in the comment section on an entertainment news website that she worked as an escort and did soft core porn in Las Vegas. While this is not an uncommon occurrence for people who believe they can anonymously make comments with no consequences, Hochstein disagreed and filed a lawsuit against the Internet commenter.
Lisa Hochstein said that she never worked in the escort business and has never acted in soft core porn in Las Vegas. Hochstein claimed that this random comment has damaged her reputation and threatened her both socially and professionally.
The "Real Housewives of Miami" is suing for $15,000.
