Brandi Glanville's war with Adrienne is discussed at a gathering among the other co-stars. Yolanda Foster is confused about what Adrienne is suing Brandi for and Kyle Richards explains its about intimidating her. Lisa Vanderpump doesn't like the idea that Adrienne is using her financial power to scare Brandi over the mysterious family secret viewers still don't know anything about.
Kyle's husband -- Mauricio -- tells Brandi she didn't need to say what she did in the first place. Brandi gets defensive and admits she didn't have to, but felt compelled to do it for various reasons. Kim Richards and Taylor Armstrong get into a heated moment when the lawsuit discussion brings up issues they've had.

Last week Adrienne Maloof was briefly on episode 8 with husband, Paul Nasiff, concerning their new skincare line they've developed. It's not clear if she'll be on Monday's episode, but she acknowledged in her Bravo blog last week that she hasn't been on the show since early December after the secret scandal exploded. The "Real Housewives" star explained that she needed a break from the drama seen in previous episodes.
