‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ cast could change next season

The producers of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” are planning on some changes for the upcoming Season 4 of the popular reality TV show, according to Reality TV World on Feb. 13. Rumor has it that Taylor Armstrong won’t be back.

So who are they looking at? Well, Penny Lancaster, wife of singer Rod Stewart, is said to be under heavy consideration. Guest RHOBH Faye Resnick could also become a full-time cast member. They are also looking at an as-yet unnamed lady whose family owns the Crustacean restaurant in Los Angeles. There is no shortage of celebrity wives who would love to be on the show.

A source close to the show supposedly knows what the producers have in mind and why Taylor Armstrong may not be back.

"Producers are looking at other options. They feel like Taylor's storyline has become too dark and they need to shake things up a bit," a source told E! News, referencing the other cast members' speculation that Armstrong may have developed a potential drinking problem following the suicide of late husband Russell Armstrong, who killed himself about a month after she filed for divorce from him.

Actually, none of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast is confirmed for next season, which begins filming sometime in April. The notices usually go out to give the ladies three weeks before the beginning of filming. No one expects any other changes except for Taylor Armstrong, but you just never know.

Season 4 of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” will air in November.
