Reality star and actress NeNe Leakes has a problem on her mind and her name is Wendy Williams. The talk show host has been one of those “haters” Leakes has referred to. Williams slammed the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star more than once on her show, the latest being a diss of an Hermes Birkin bag with some of NeNe’s famous lines painted on it. On Tuesday, Leakes took time out of her busy schedule to fire back at Williams on her personal blog.
In the blog, Leakes first explains why she doesn’t understand why there is so much hate coming from Wendy Williams, who suggested NeNe be fired from “RHOA” in a previous airing of her talk show. Leakes writes, “Wendy I am sure people think that I’ve done something to you, maybe we had a beef or I slept with your man but none of that is true! I’ve actually only been nice to you!”
In classic NeNe style, she then goes on to list her acts of kindness to Williams. She continued, “I gave you a beautiful black $3,200 Celine Phantom Bag to celebrate your 500th show but you haven’t spoken of that! But what you have chosen to do is constantly speak negative of me and lie on me! What you need to do is stop spewing hate!”
If Williams didn’t think the “Glee” actress was “vindictive” and “childish” before, she certainly will now as Leakes turned to slamming Williams for the lack of support she has shown her. She added, “I know you hate because I turned down the chance to come on your Talk Show and I am sure you’re scared I will take your place (I know you have heard! Ummhmm wink wink) BE SCARED! I have a clothing line on HSN coming out in a few days and I know it must be hard for a black woman to support another black woman but you should try it sometime.”
Leakes ended by defending her business decisions, mainly her choice to paint the Birkin bag. She explained that the Birkin bag is being “turned into a work of art to raise money for a worthy charity.” Williams has yet to respond to the bashing from Leakes, but it is a good bet that she will. It seems as though the feud between the two women may actually just be getting started.
