There has been a lot of speculation over who will and won't be returning to "Real Housewives of Atlanta" for season 7. Boring story lines and vicious fights had fans thinking a few cast members wouldn't be back for the next season. E! Online reported Friday on who will stay and who will go on the next season of Bravo's "Real Housewives of Atlanta."
There have been a few rumors about who might not be coming back to the hit Bravo reality TV show. One of the biggest and most persistent stories revolved around the Porsha and Kenya reunion show fight. Both women at one time or another were rumored not to be coming back. Porsha for the violent attack on Kenya when she dragged her across the reunion show stage. Kenya was rumored to be going because of the way she taunts and picks at the other cast members. If the cast were to take a vote, she would surely be gone.
We're not sure if it's good news or bad but both Kenya and Porsha will be coming back to "Real Housewives of Atlanta" next season. Some things have changed because of their fight though. Andy Cohen will no longer allow props at the reunion shows like the scepter and bullhorn used by Kenya during season six. Also, Porsha has a pretty new mugshot and pending charges for assaulting Kenya while cameras rolled. Fans can certainly look forward to more drama between the two next season as they are finalizing their contracts now.
There were also rumors that Cynthia Bailey could kiss the show goodbye. Her former friend NeNe Leakes even campaigned for her to go at one point. Now that the two are ice cold toward each other, it might heat up Cynthia's story line and make fans want to see what happens next. Her failed friendship with NeNe may have saved her place on the show.
All in all, everyone will be back for season 7 of "Real Housewives of Atlanta." There was no doubt Kandi Burruss would be back and given all the legal drama with Apollo Nida, it was a no-brainer to keep Phaedra Parks around. Even if the rumors are true that NeNe Leakes is turning diva and demanding more money, it's probably worth paying it. Right now "Real Housewives of Atlanta" is pulling in the best ratings for all of Bravo's "Housewives" shows and this particular cast has a knack for bringing the drama.
