The fans of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” might be watching the show and appalled by the fight between Kenya Moore and Porsha Stewart, but it appears even after the footage is shown there will be more drama. While Kenya Moore has filed a police report with the cops, there is new information that Porsha Stewart is threatening to sue her cast mate. According to BreatheCast on Sunday, Porsha Stewart's lawyer, Joe Habachy has said that his client might sue Kenya Moore.

The situation surrounding the brawl seen on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” has been escalated ever since it happened on set. Bravo has been careful not to condone the violence, but it still is being hashed out and Kenya Moore has made statements about the situation portraying herself as the victim. The worse part has to be that Bravo reaps in big rewards with solid ratings.

Joe Habachy has previously stated that the criminal charges brought against his client were baseless and that Porsha Stewart looked forward to clearing her name. Hoping to get an assault charge against Moore, the attorney has actively argued his client’s points.

On “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” reunion show part two, the ladies talk about Kenya Moore’s actions and remind her that she doesn't respect people’s personal space. Kenya Moore ignores their concerns and suggested she won’t even listen to them when it comes to her ways of communication as she knows better.

If the cast members actually decide to pursue civil court proceedings, this would be an interesting turn for reality television. In a world where anything goes, it appears that the stakes of misconduct or other allegations would have been captured on tape and Bravo would be right in the middle of the conflict.

“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” part two of the reunion show is on Sunday night.
