"Real Housewives of Atlanta" is turning into a situation where one star seems to lie to outshine another. The latest star to get caught in a lie is Kim Zolciak. Reality Tea reported on Jan. 2 that the brand new mansion Zolciak is having built is a fantasy.
Zolciak said at one point she could never live in a "used home" and that is why she is having the new mansion built for her and her family to move into. There is one major problem with this story.
Kim bought an already built house as a foreclosure. Now, she is having the home renovated to her specifications. The house, which originally listed at $3.7 million went to Kim and her family for $880,000, which was a best-offer bid for the repossessed house, lost when the developers went bankrupt while building the neighborhood.
Of course, Kim is not the first "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star to get caught in a recent lie, as Kenya Moore allegedly lied about her relationship with Walter Jackson, so she could have a boyfriend when she started on the show. She also got caught lying about owning a house in Atlanta, when in fact she was only renting. Moore threatened to sue to blogger who busted her on the last one for invasion of privacy.
These women gave up their rights to rights to privacy when they put their lives in the public eye for money.
