“Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum Kim Zoliciak recently gave birth to twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, but the star is already back down to a size 2 or 4. According to WetPaint on January 31, Kim reveals she had a little help in the weight loss department.

Since the twins birth three months ago, Zolciak claimed her steady weight loss was due to chasing after all the children and a lot of walking. Kim gained 50 pounds during her pregnancy with Kaia and Kane. In a recent interview with Life & Style magazine the reality star revealed the truth about her significant weight loss.

Zolciak says she’s “ready to put my bikini back on” and won’t step on the scale to reveal her true weight loss but states all her pre pregnancy clothes fit again. She also reveals that it’s not just walking and breast feeding that is helping her to lose weight, but the help of Xenadrine weight loss supplement and an hour of cardio every day.

Xenadrine is an herbal supplement which contains ephedrine. Ephedrine is known to speed up your metabolism. It also contains caffeine. The combination of the two helps to suppress the appetite. Xenadrine also contains the herbal supplements L-theanine, yohime bark, L-carnitine and white willow bark extract. Hopefully Kim consulted a doctor since she is breast feeding the twins.

On January 30 Kim tweeted “Must say with all the kids in the house #Xenadrine gives me energy to keep up with my busy schedule”

While many supported her efforts, others chimed in with hate comments about her promotion of Xenadrine.
