"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'" Adrienne Maloof's employee, Bernie Guzman, is reacting to a lawsuit filed by her estranged husband, Paul Nassif. RadarOnline reports Feb. 4 that Adrienne's chef thinks Paul is acting ridiculous over a claim he blackmailed and extorted him. What Bernie really thinks is Paul is trying to keep him quiet about the violence Adrienne allegedly suffered from him.
"Paul is a 50-year-old man acting like a little boy,” Bernie said. “He is trying to silence the violence and I’m not going to let him.”
Paul is suing Adrienne's chef over photos he published on Facebook last fall with her showing bruises on her back.
Bernie wrote the following message with the photos he posted:
‘Now you know who and what he (Nassif) really is. Adrienne Maloof was pushed to the ground. Punched and beaten. He (Nassif) is a beast.’ These statements by Guzman were outrageous and vicious lies.”
The chef maintains that Paul has tried keeping him quiet for a long time. He states that he's trying to help other women of domestic violence by making what happened to Adrienne public.
“Paul has been trying to keep me quiet for a long time," Bernie added. "My mom and my niece were victims of domestic violence and I’m not going to let that happen to anyone else that I care about.
“I’m fighting for all those women out there who can’t fight for themselves.”
Bernie went on to say that Paul has sent him texts
Paul's lawsuit against Bernie is about preventing him from making any further statements about him. He wants “punitive damages in an amount sufficient to punish or make an example of Guzman, according to proof at trial.”
