Real Estate Investors buying homes throughout Houston and Bibb Counties

The demand for single family homes that can be used for rental properties, has greatly increased over the last 30 days and will continue throughout the end of the year and well into 2014.

An alliance created between Own America and EXIT Success Realty in Warner Robins, GA has opened the doors to institutional investors searching for affordable homes they can turn into rental units. Many of these investors purchase hundreds of homes each year across the United States.

According to Own America, purchases may exceed 25-30 units per month throughout Houston and Bibb Counties.

Although the local market has many affordable properties, the investors have a strict set of metrics. Homes must rent for at least $750 per month, sell for under $65,000 while fulfilling their cap rate requirements.

Local Warner Robins and Macon REALTORS are searching the market for homes that meet this criteria and reaching out to home-owners willing to sell, but do not have their home listed.

Although the investors are focused mainly on single family homes, they will also review duplexes and multifamily units.

To determine if your property meets the requirements for Own America investors, please email EXIT Success Realty at with your basic property info and address. We will then submit your property to Own America for review.

This is a great opportunity for Warner Robins and Macon home owners to benefit from a quick cash sale.
