Real estate firm to build on 66 acres in Tampa, 211 acres in Plant City

On March 10, 2011, real estate firm “The Brennan Investment Group” announced they will build on 277 acres in Tampa Bay consisting of 66 acres in Hillsborough County, approximately one mile west of I-75 and 211 acres in Plant City, located near I-4.  Robert Krueger, Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group released a statement regarding the development.

"There has been complete lack of industrial development over the last several years and we anticipate an increased demand for quality industrial buildings over the next 24 months.  Brennan Investment Group's new venture in these two key Tampa submarkets positions us well to accommodate future tenant requirements.”

Robert Krueger was named the Tampa Bay NAIOP Developer of the Year for 2006 and 2007.  He has developed more than 5,000,000 square footage of industrial space throughout Florida.
