Ready for the growing season? Don't miss the Fair Share CSA open house

Do you have questions about what it’s like to take part in a CSA? What types of shares are available? Or want to meet and get to know the farmers who may be producing the share you choose? Then don’t miss the annual CSA open house, March 10, from 1 – 4 p.m. at Monona Terrace.

Meet the farmers

Approximately 35 CSA farms will be represented at the open house. You can learn more about the types of shares they offer, where you’ll pick up your share if you become a member, and can ask them any question you have about being part of community supported agriculture.

If you are looking for more detailed information, the open house is also offering these free workshops to help you get answers to all your questions about joining a CSA.

Partner Shares Benefit Raffle

You can also take part in a raffle to win prizes such as CSA discounts, Bike the Barns registration, gift certificates, seed starting kits, and more. The raffle will benefit Partner Shares which offers financial assistance to those with limited incomes to purchase CSA vegetable shares.
