The fifth annual RE:FUEL Men’s Conference will be held in Memphis on Friday, April 11, 2014, 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., at Hope Church on Walnut Grove Road. RE:FUEL Memphis, Inc., is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to serving men on their spiritual journey. This city-wide conference is designed to unite and inspire men from every circumstance in life. The mission of the conference includes connecting men and fostering fellowship, accountability and service throughout Memphis and impacting men in a way that promotes continuous spiritual education and awareness.

RE:FUEL is excited to feature coach Hugh Freeze at their fifth men’s conference. He brings with him a passion for mentoring young men and a faith that has proved unshakeable on the national stage. A Mississippi native, inspirational leader and one of the nation’s top rising coaches, Freeze was the first choice to return championships to Ole Miss Football and was introduced as the Rebels’ 37th head coach in 2011.

Freeze, a noted speaker and recruiter throughout his career, has enjoyed success at nearly every coaching level over the past 18 years, from high school to NAIA to FBS, and each stop has featured a high-scoring offense and the ability to motivate young people. Before returning to Oxford this year, the former Ole Miss assistant experienced a record-setting run at Arkansas State, and, before that, compiled a winning record as head coach at Lambuth University.

Before beginning his collegiate coaching career, though, Freeze served 13 years at Briarcrest Christian School in Memphis, Tenn., as a classroom teacher, coach and administrator, and led the team to six straight state championships. Among his talented pupils during that period were eventual Rebels and current NFL starters Michael Oher and Greg Hardy.

Other keynote speakers include Rufus Smith, senior pastor at Hope Church, and Don McLaughlin, the preaching minister at North Atlanta Church. The RE:FUEL Band will entertain guests throughout the event.

General admission tickets are on sale online for $40. Tickets include dinner, entertainment, a t-shirt, and door prize opportunities. SEC Experience tickets sell for $140 and include a private catered dinner with Coach Hugh Freeze, a limited edition RE:FUEL keepsake, priority seating in the front and all standard conference materials (entertainment, t-shirt and door prize opportunities). Group pricing is available.
