Baltimore Ravens safety Ed Reed has been considering retirement for the last few seasons.
But the 34-year-old impending free agent wants to play next season. The Ravens will do everything in their power to keep Reed.
"This is not it. I'm not done," said Reed. "I'll reassess things the way I always do and we'll tune in and get back to you all. It's all about the moment. I'm not even thinking about this. I love this game. If I'm able to do it, I'll be doing it."
CBS Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora said on Sunday that there are "a lot of people believe" that he will sign with the Indianapolis Colts. Chuck Pagano, the Colts head coach, used to be the Ravens defensive coordinator before being hired in Indianapolis.
